Kernl 0.3.2

Connect any LLM provider from one screen.
Extensions import the kernel from a versioned SDK, and read credentials through it.

A bad model name no longer takes a whole provider down.
The provider catalog's assets ship with the install.
The setup wizard's footer no longer stacks under the sidebar's styles.
An update is handed off only to a helper that actually started.
Orphaned processes in the kernel container are reaped.
Old agent runs are pruned again (the Data Cleanup agent is seeded), and the agents dashboard stops scanning agent_runs.
archive.org: ingest runs close when their cursor stops advancing, the scrape API is asked for at least 100 rows, and catalog indexes rebuild only when new titles arrive, at most hourly during a backfill.
The sent-email viewer closes with Escape.
Errors are logged with their message and stack instead of {}.
