• The ffmpeg build linked the runner's Homebrew libraries, could not link iconv, and took TLS from Homebrew's openssl instead of SecureTransport — producing binaries that did not run on a clean machine.
• Subtitle generation works in the native packages.
• A module can retire an agent driver whose upstream is gone.
